The Pre-Suit Steps

• Pre-suit involves conducting an aggressive and full investigation and sending sending a demand letter, making phone calls, and verifying information. We keep our clients informed of the case, every step of the way. That includes detailed reports at key milestones in the progression of the case.
• This process can involve "skipping" or "skip tracing," which means finding the debtor's address and assets, including their hidden assets and property.
• If the debtor continues to avoid payment after address and asset information verification, we will recommend filing a suit on your behalf.

Once the suit is authorized and filed, we undertake every effort to serve the debtor the important legal as quickly as possible. One of our main priorities is achieving the fastest possible resolution to secure a quick payment for the client.

The Post-Suit Steps

• If the matter is uncontested, then we will secure a quick default judgment. If contested, we will then try to obtain a motion for summary judgment by utilizing effective discovery methods.
• If the debtor hires an attorney to represent them, then we pursue every effort to negotiate a settlement or payment plan if authorized to do so.
